MEANING & DESCRIPTION
My Body, My Kitchen (MBMK) aims to empower its community to take control of their health by providing them with the tools to take control of their kitchens. The MBMK brand mark is a bowl holding three equally sized globes of different colors. The globes represent physical fitness, mental health and nutrition, while the bowl represents our bodies. At MBMK, we believe in a holistic approach to wellness and that physical fitness and mental health are as equally as important as nutrition.
Today, MBMK focuses on producing content that addresses the nutrition component of health, however, we hope to one day also provide resources that also address physical fitness and mental wellness.
