2 lbs Carrots
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Salt & Pepper to taste
Optional: 1 Tbsp Honey[/ezcol_1third] [ezcol_2third_end]
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Wash and peel carrots; slice carrots diagonally into pieces of equal length.
3. Toss carrots in remaining ingredients.
4. Roast in baking dish for 30-45 minutes until desired tenderness, turning every 15-20 minutes.
