These aromatic vegetables along with an array of spices and cooking techniques are the building blocks of any authentic Cajun meal. This rice recipe is very simple and incorporates the Holy Trinity along with the MBMK Cajun Seasoning Blend.

1 Medium Red Bell Pepper (~1 Cup), chopped
2 Celery Stalks (~1 Cup), chopped

1-2 Tsp MBMK Cajun Seasoning Blend
3 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
Salt to taste

1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes until fragrant and onions are translucent; stir occasionally.
