
Here’s a super easy chicken recipe with ridiculous flavor for meal prep or midweek dinner with the family. Simply combine the ingredients, marinate and bake.
I enjoyed this chicken with some broccoli and brown rice. A very simple but extremely satisfying meal.

Prep Time: 5 mins . Inactive Time: 30+ mins . Cook Time: 45 – 50 mins . Yield: 4 to 6 Servings
INGREDIENTS
2 Lbs Chicken Drumsticks, skinless
1 1/2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
Sprigs of Thyme
Zest & Juice from 1 Lemon
Zest & Juice from 1/2 Lime
Salt & Black Pepper to tast
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag. Mix well and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 375 F.
3 Arrange chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet lightly greased or lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes uncovered. Serve warm. Garnish with lemon wedges and thyme if desired.
