Let’s make it quick…but tasty! For this meal prep we have yellow rice with red bell peppers, alongside rosemary lemon chicken and steamed spinach. To make the spinach, we used the same ingredients as our garlic sautéed spinach (the substitute minced garlic for about 1/4 tsp of garlic powder); instead of sauteing the spinach, we steamed it then tossed it in the remaining ingredients.
