When it comes to broccoli, my go-to method of preparation is steaming it and drizzling a little olive oil<\/a>.\u00a0 This week for meal prep<\/a> I decided to do something different.\u00a0 I decided to roast my broccoli with garlic and pepper; I then added a sprinkling of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.\u00a0 Yum! Try this recipe and let me know what you think. \n1.5 Lbs Broccoli florets
\n1\/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
\n1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
\n4 Cloves Garlic, sliced
\n1\/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
\nSalt and Pepper to taste
\n<\/div>
\n1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
\n2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Toss until broccoli is evenly coated. Transfer to baking sheet.
\n3. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until broccoli edges are crisp.
