\n2 Cups of Fresh Ripe Pineapple, cubed
\n1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
\n1\u00a0Tbsp Habanero Pepper (or 1 Tsp Scotch Bonnet), finely chopped
\n1\/2 Tsp Garlic, finely chopped
\n1\/2 Tsp Black Pepper
\nLemon or lime juice
\nSalt to taste<\/p>\n
\n1. \u00a0Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
\n2. Taste and adjust salt and lemon\/lime juice to your liking; marinate in fridge for 15 minutes.
