Meal Prep: Baked Jerk Salmon, Garlic Brown Rice & Broccoli

Don’t let its visual simplicity fool you; this meal is yummy!  We only added some garlic powder and a little olive oil to the brown rice because the main attraction–the salmon–is full of flavor!  For our greens we have some steamed broccoli.  When baking salmon it’s very important not to overcook it.  After adding the jerk seasoning, we baked the salmon for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
