Many recipes like this vegetable curry call for cauliflower florets. Here’s how you turn a head of cauliflower into cute little florets that you use in so many recipes including my upcoming roast cumin cauliflower dish.
- 1 Head Cauliflower
- Cut the cauliflower into quarters
- For each quarter, run your knife between the stem and where the floret attaches. Chop, slice or grate the stem if desired.
- Wash your florets and proceed with your desired recipe.
